Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how AdStyle ("AdStyle," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, AI creative tools, image generation workflows, galleries, style packs, demo forms, and related services (together, the "Service").
AdStyle is the controller of personal information we collect for our own business purposes. Some vendors, such as payment processors, authentication providers, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI generation providers, may process information under their own terms or as our service providers.
Information we collect
We collect information from you, from your device, and from service providers that help us operate the Service.
Account information
Name, email address, password or authentication credentials handled through Supabase, Google OAuth profile data if you choose Google sign-in, account IDs, avatar data, and login/session metadata.
Creative and project content
Prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, style records, project names, favorites, gallery activity, imported ad-library assets, output settings, generation parameters, and related metadata.
Guest and demo information
Guest generation choices, demo request details such as name, email, company, website, ad spend range, team size, primary channel, goals, referrer, and user agent.
Payment and entitlement data
Stripe checkout session data, purchase type, credit and style-pack entitlements, transaction status, and billing metadata. Stripe processes payment card details directly; we do not intentionally store full card numbers.
Usage, device, and analytics data
Pages viewed, feature events, searches, generation activity, browser type, device information, IP-derived approximate location, referral URLs, and cookie or local-storage identifiers, including through Google Analytics and PostHog when enabled.
Support and communications
Messages you send us, email metadata, feedback, bug reports, and any information you choose to include in support requests.
How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
- Create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, and manage access controls.
- Process prompts, reference images, settings, and outputs through AI generation systems.
- Store and display your generated images, galleries, projects, style packs, favorites, and account activity.
- Process purchases, credits, entitlements, refunds, fraud checks, and tax or accounting records.
- Respond to support messages, demo requests, and product inquiries.
- Analyze product usage, improve conversion flows, measure marketing performance, and debug issues.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, security incidents, fraud, spam, and policy violations.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and other policies.
AI prompts, uploads, and outputs
The Service uses AI systems to generate and transform creative assets. To provide those features, we may send prompts, uploaded images, reference URLs, generation settings, and related metadata to our infrastructure and AI generation providers. Generated outputs and related metadata may be stored in Supabase storage and database tables so you can view, manage, delete, or reuse them.
Do not upload confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or third-party content unless you have the rights and authority to process it through the Service. You are responsible for removing personal information from prompts, images, and files that you do not want processed.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, preserve generated assets and purchase entitlements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
You may delete certain generated images, projects, or account content through product controls where available. Some information may remain in backups, logs, invoices, abuse prevention records, or legal records for a limited period after deletion.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authenticated access controls, provider-side security features, limited service-role access, and reasonable operational controls. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of certain processing, or information about how we process your personal information.
To exercise rights, email support@adstyle.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions in those messages. We may still send transactional or service messages, such as account, security, checkout, or policy notices.
California notice at collection
This section applies to California residents if the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to AdStyle. The categories below describe the personal information we may collect, use, and disclose.
Identifiers
Name, email, account IDs, IP address, device identifiers, and payment or checkout identifiers.
Commercial information
Purchases, credits, entitlements, generated assets, style packs, and demo requests.
Internet activity
Pages viewed, searches, usage events, browser data, referral data, and analytics events.
User content
Prompts, uploads, reference images, generated images, projects, style metadata, and support messages.
Inferences
Preferences and product-usage patterns we derive from Service activity.
Sensitive information
Account login credentials are handled by authentication providers; uploaded content may contain sensitive information if you choose to provide it.
We collect these categories from you, your device, authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, and service providers. We use and disclose them for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We retain them as described in the retention section above.
California residents may request to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive information uses, and avoid discrimination for exercising these rights, subject to legal limits and exceptions.
International users
We are based in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those where you live.
If European, UK, or similar data protection laws apply, our legal bases may include performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may also have rights to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
